INGREDIENTS
- An eighth tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 lb broccoli
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper

- 1 saucepan
- 1 steamer basket
- 1 lid
- 1 colander
- 1 skillet pan
- 1 platter
STEPS
Trim broccoli, then cut it in halves. Peel and chop garlic.
Heat 8 cups of water in a saucepan for 5 minutes.
Put broccoli in a steamer basket in a saucepan. Cover the saucepan with a lid and cook for 8 minutes. Turn off the heat and take off the lid to get steamed broccoli.
Drain steamed broccoli in a colander.
Heat olive oil in a skillet pan. Stir in garlic with a wooden spoon. Add cayenne pepper along with drained broccoli and cook for 5 minutes. Next, season with salt and black pepper. Stir for 2 more minutes, then turn off the heat to get broccoli with garlic and olive oil.
