INGREDIENTS
- black pepper
- tsp salt
- 1 lb broccolis
- 1 lb cauliflower
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1.5 tsp dried onion flakes
- 2 tbsp parsley

- 1 saucepan
- 1 frying pan
- 1 lid
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 colander
- 1 plate
STEPS
Chop the broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Peel the garlic and cut it into small pieces and finely chop the parsley.
Heat the saucepan on high heat and pour in 8 cups of water, sprinkle 1 tsp of salt and cook for 3 minutes. Add cauliflower and broccoli florets to the saucepan and cook on medium heat for 3 more minutes and turn off the heat.
Drain cooked florets in a colander.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add unsalted butter. When butter is melted add garlic slices, dried onion flakes, salt, black pepper and stir with a wooden spoon. Add a half cup of water and drained florets and stir. Cover the frying pan with a lid and cook for 3 more minutes. Take the lid off and scatter chopped parsley.
