INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ cup shortening
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp wheat gluten
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp yeast

STEPS
Combine water, shortening, granulated sugar, wheat gluten, all-purpose flour, yeast, salt, and vinegar in a bread machine. Turn it on the dough cycle for 30 minutes to get a dough.
Divide the dough into 18 round rolls.
Place the dough rolls into pans.
Preheat the oven to 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
Put the pans in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat and remove the pans from the oven to get bread buns.
