INGREDIENTS
- 4 beyond sausage hot italian
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1 cup savoy cabbage
- 1 cup red cabbages
- ½ cup carrots
- 6 oz vinaigrette
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper

- 1 peeler
- 1 bowl

STEPS
Shred the savoy and red cabbages with a grater.
Peel the carrots with a peeler.
Shred the peeled carrots with a grater.
Put the shredded savoy cabbage, shredded red cabbage, shredded carrots, vinaigrette, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix with a spoon until well combined, then cover with a lid. Refrigerate for ten minutes. Then remove from the refrigerator and remove the lid to get a slaw.
Heat the grill pan for 2 minutes. Put the beyond sausages hot italian in the grill pan and cook for 7 minutes.
Flip the beyond sausages hot italian with a spatula and cook for another 7 minutes.
Place the hot dog buns in the grill pan and toast for 2 minutes. Then remove from the heat.
Put the toasted hot dog buns on a serving plate. Top with the grilled beyond sausages and slaw.
