INGREDIENTS
- 4 beyond sausage hot italian
- ½ tsp saffron
- 2½ cups vegetable broth
- 2 cubes garlic
- ½ tsp bell peppers
- 1 onion
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup paella rice
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 lemon
- ¼ cup parsley

- 1 squeezer
- 1 bowl

STEPS
Put vegetable broth in bowl. Add saffron and mix with a spoon to get saffron-infused vegetable broth.
Heat a pan, add beyond sausage hot italian and cook for 10 minutes to get cooked beyond sausages.
Slice the cooked sausages and trim bell peppers. Peel the onion and dice it. Next, crush garlic.
Peel cherry tomatoes with a peeler.
Dice the cherry tomatoes and chop parsley.
Squeeze a lemon with a squeezer.
Heat a pan, add onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, garlic, and paella rice. Stir with a spoon, then add saffron-infused vegetable broth and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Stir again and add sliced sausages to the pan. Finally, add parsley, lemon juice, and frozen peas. Cook for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.
