INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz meatless burgers patties
- 4 pretzel burger buns
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 green onions
- 1 barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp tapioca
- 1 vegan worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 4 slices vegan cheese
- 4 slices vegan bacon
- ¼ head lettuce
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion

STEPS
Peel onion, green onions, and garlic, then chop them. Next, slice tomatoes and trim lettuce leaves.
Preheat a grill to 400°F for 12-15 minutes.
Combine breadcrumbs, barbecue sauce, vegan worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic, tapioca, and green onions in a bowl with a spoon.
Form the mixture into 5 burger patties.
Put the beyond burger patties on the grill and cook for 7 minutes.
Flip beyond burger patties with a spoon
Cook for 7 minutes, then turn off the heat to get cooked beyond burger patties.
Put pretzel burger buns in a toaster and heat for 2 minutes.
Transfer toasted pretzel burger buns to a serving plate. Add cooked beyond burger patties, vegan cheese, lettuce, onion, and tomatoes to each bun. Top with vegan bacon.
