INGREDIENTS
- 9 oz beyond beef feisty crumbles
- 1 corn tortilla
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
- 4 tsp cider vinegar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salsa
- 3 tomatillos
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 1 half lime
- An eighth tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 avocado
- ¼ bunch cilantro
- 1 pinch salt

STEPS
Peel and chop garlic. Then, deseed and dice tomatillos. Next, destalk jalapeno peppers and chop them.
Peel an avocado with a peeler.
Cut the avocado in half, destone and slice it. Then, chop cilantro.
Squeeze limes with a squeezer.
Combine cumin, coriander, cinnamon, Italian seasoning, garlic, black pepper, paprika, cider vinegar, olive oil, and salsa in a bowl with a spoon. Add 6 tsp of water to the bowl and mix. Add beyond beef feisty crumbles to the mixture and give it a final mix.
Heat a skillet on medium temperature. Add beyond beef crumbles and salt to the skillet.
Cook for 3 minutes, then crumble the beyond beef crumbles mixture with a spoon.
Cook for 5 more minutes stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat to get cooked beyond beef crumbles.
Heat a pan over medium temperature. Put corn tortilla in the pan to toast for 3 minutes, the flip it and toast for another 3 minutes until crisp.
Combine tomatillos, jalapeno peppers, lime juice, cider vinegar, and cayenne pepper in a bowl with a spoon to get tomatillo salsa.
Transfer the toasted tortillas to a serving plate. Add the tomatillo salsa, cooked beyond beef crumbles, sliced avocados, cilantro, and lime juice to the tortillas.
