INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 oz basil
- 2 shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ¾ cup vegetable oil

- 1 food processor
- 1 bowl
STEPS
Peel the garlic and shallots.
Put the basil, peeled garlic, peeled shallots, red wine vinegar, granulated sugar, salt, and black pepper in a food processor. Blitz for two minutes. Then add the vegetable oil and blitz again until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl.
