INGREDIENTS
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- half tsp black pepper
TOOLS
- 1 knife
- 1 bowl
- 1 fridge
- 1 BBQ plate
- 1 spatula
- 1 spoon
STEPS
Cut the tomatoes in half.
Place the tomato halves in a bowl. Add the dried basil, olive oil, and black pepper and mix with a spoon until well combined. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, then remove from the fridge.
Preheat a BBQ plate for 15 minutes. Then place the chilled tomatoes on it (uncut side down) and cook for 5 minutes.
Flip the tomatoes with a spatula.
Cook for 5 minutes, then remove from the heat.
