INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ tbsp baking powder
- ¼ tbsp granulated sugar
- ¼ pinch salt
- ½ tsp cooking spray
- 1 tsp honey
TOOLS
- 1 bowl
- 1 frying pan
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 spatula
STEPS
Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and salt in a bowl with a wooden spoon. Put 1 tbsp of water and mix for 4 minutes to get a dough.
Shape the dough into a patty.
Heat a frying pan and spray with cooking spray. Put the patty in the frying pan and cook for 2 minutes.
Flip the patty with a spatula.
Cook bannock for 1 more minute, then remove from heat.
