INGREDIENTS
- 4 bananas
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- ½ cup low-fat milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cooking spray
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 8 strawberries
- 1 maple syrup

STEPS
Peel bananas and slice them.
Preheat the oven to 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
Put slices of banana on 4 whole wheat bread slices. Press the bananas down with a spoon.
Cover the bananas with the remaining whole wheat bread to get banana sandwiches.
Crack the eggs in a pie dish and whisk. Add low-fat milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Mix everything together and dip the bread in the pie dish mixture until marinated.
Spray a skillet dish with cooking spray and heat it.
Transfer marinated bread to a skillet dish and cook for 2 minutes.
Flip the french toast with a fish slice.
Cook for 2 minutes and turn off the heat.
Transfer french toast to a baking tray and put it in the oven. Bake for 8 minutes.
Transfer french toast to a plate and dust with powdered sugar. Then, top with strawberries and drizzle with maple syrup.
