INGREDIENTS
- ½ tsp salt
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 bananas
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 5 tbsp butter
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

- 10 muffin papers
- 3 bowls
- 1 spoon
STEPS
Peel the bananas.
Place the muffin papers in a muffin tin.
Put the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and stir with a spoon to get a flour mixture.
Crack the egg into a second bowl. Then add the peeled bananas, granulated sugar, and 4 tbsp of butter. Mix with a spoon for 2 minutes to get a banana mixture.
Transfer the banana mixture to the flour mixture.
Stir well with a spoon to get a batter.
Pour the batter into the muffin tin (2/3 full).
Put the brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and the remaining butter in a third bowl. Mix with a spoon for 2 minutes to get a topping mixture.
Sprinkle the topping mixture over the muffin tin.
Preheat the oven to 375°F for 17 minutes.
Place the muffin tin in a hot oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat and remove the muffin tin from the oven.
