INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1¼ cups granulated sugar
- 1½ cups bananas
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cooking spray
STEPS
Peel the bananas
Cut the peeled bananas into chunks.
Put banana chunks in a bowl and mash them using a spoon.
Crack eggs in the bowl. Add margarine, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, granulated sugar and all purpose flour to the bowl. Mix using a spoon.
Spray a pan with cooking spray, then pour in the mixture.
Preheat the oven to 390°F for 17 minutes.
Put the pan in the hot oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Turn off the heat and remove the pan from the oven.
