INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 bananas
- ⅓ cup applesauce
- 8 ounces vanilla yogurt
- 10 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt

STEPS
Peel bananas.
Mash the bananas with a fork.
Put granulated sugar in bowl, then crack an egg to it and whisk. Add mashed bananas, applesauce, and vanilla yogurt to the bowl. Next, add semi-sweet chocolate chips and whisk to get a banana mixture.
Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl with a spoon. Transfer the banana mixture to the bowl. Whisk for 3 minutes to get a batter.
Divide the batter into the muffins tin.
Preheat the oven to 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
Put the muffins tin in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
