INGREDIENTS
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp yellow mustard
- 3 tsp honey
- 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- three quarters cup olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper

- 1 whisk
- 1 cling film
STEPS
Peel and chop the garlic.
Place the chopped garlic in a bowl. Add the balsamic vinegar, yellow mustard, honey, and salt to the bowl. Whisk the ingredients together. Then gradually drizzle the olive oil while whisking. Sprinkle with black pepper and whisk again until well blended. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 120 minutes. Then remove from the fridge and remove the cling film.
