INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1.5 cups couscous
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 5 tomatoes

- 1 mortar
- 1 pan
- 1 lid
- 1 knife
- 1 bowl
- 1 spoon
STEPS
Peel garlic.
Crush peeled garlic using a mortar and pestle.
Put vegetable broth in a pan and heat.
Boil vegetable broth for 4 minutes.
Add basil, couscous and crushed garlic to the pan. Stir with spoon. Cover with lid. Stop heat on pan and wait for 10 minutes.
Chop the tomatoes.
Put balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and chopped tomatoes in a bowl. Add 1 tsp of black pepper. Mix the ingredients together using a spoon to get a tomato mixture.
Remove the lid from the pan and transfer the tomatoes mixture to it. Mix using a spoon.
It’s ready to be served !
