INGREDIENTS
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp thyme leave
- ½ tsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp shallots
- 1 half lemon

STEPS
Peel and chop shallots.
Squeeze lemon with a squeezer.
Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, thyme leaves, yellow mustard, shallots, and lemon juice in a bowl. Blend the mixture together with a hand blender to get a balsamic salad dressing.
