INGREDIENTS

  • half tsp black pepper
  • half tsp salt
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

TOOLS

  • 1 knife
  • 1 peeler
  • 1 oven
  • 1 baking sheet
  • 1 plate
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 1 spoon

STEPS

Peel sweet potatoes with a peeler.



Cut sweet potatoes into thin sticks.



Preheat the oven to 425°F for 12-15 minutes.



Add the sweet potato sticks to a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and mix with a spoon. Sprinkle the mixture with brown sugar, salt, and black pepper.



Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Take it out, stir it with a wooden spoon, and put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes.



Take the baking sheet out of the oven and serve the baked sweet potato fries on a plate.
