INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp salt
- 18 oz pasta
- 11 oz broccoli
- 8 slices vegetarian bacon
- 5 tbsp pesto
- 1¾ oz parmesan cheese

STEPS
Cut broccoli into small pieces and vegetarian bacon into large pieces.
Shred parmesan cheese with a grater.
Put 21 cups of water in a pot and boil for 5 minutes.
Add salt and pasta to the boiling water.
Cover the saucepan with a lid and cook for 6 minutes. Remove the lid, then add broccoli and cover it again. Cook for 3 minutes more, turn off the heat and remove the lid.
Set 0.4 cups of boiling water aside.
Drain cooked pasta and broccoli in a colander.
Transfer pasta and broccoli to a plate.
Preheating the grill to 400°F for 10 minutes, then add the smoked vegetarian bacon for 7 minutes until crispy.
Heat a pan, add grilled vegetarian bacon, pasta, and broccoli. Then, add 0.4 cups of cooking water, then stir in pesto with a spoon and top with grated parmesan cheese.
