INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 lime
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 avocados
- 3 scallions
- 1 garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- 1 head boston lettuce
- 1 cucumber
- ¾ oz cilantro

- 2 bowls
- 1 spoon
- 1 whisk
- 1 squeezer
- 1 peeler
- 4 plates
STEPS
Chop cilantro.
Squeeze a lime with a squeezer.
Peel and mince garlic. Then, chop tomatoes.
Peel a cucumber with a peeler.
Chop peeled cucumber and scallions.
Shred boston lettuce.
Cut avocados in half.
Destone the avocados.
Chop the avocados.
Combine three quarters of lime juice and half a tsp of salt in a bowl with a spoon. Add tomatoes, avocados, scallions, garlic, and a quarter tsp of black pepper. Mix together to get an avocado mixture.
Combine olive oil, ground cumin and the rest of the lime juice in a bowl with a whisk. Add lettuce and mix to get marinated lettuce.
Transfer marinated lettuce to a plate. Top with the avocado mixture, cucumber, and chopped cilantro.
