INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • An eighth tsp salt
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 lime
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp tabasco

TOOLS

  • 1 knife
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 fork
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 squeezer

STEPS

Squeeze the lime with a squeezer to get lime juice.


Peel and chop the onion. Then chop the tomato.


Cut the avocados in half. Then peel and stone the avocado halves with a spoon.


Transfer the peeled avocado halves to a bowl and mash them with a fork.


Add the chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, sour cream, lime juice, tabasco, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix with a fork until well combined.


It’s ready to be served !
