- ⅓ cup apple juice
- An eighth tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ⅓ cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ½ cup whole milk

STEPS
Dice apples.
Heat apple juice and a third cup of water in a pan. Stir in salt, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg with a wooden spoon. Cook for 5 minutes, then add rolled oats, 1 tsp brown sugar, and half a cup of whole milk. Stir and cook for 7 more minutes.
Put apple oatmeal in a bowl and top with diced apples.
