INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1½ cups self-rising flour
- 2 eggs
- 4 apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ oz cooking spray
TOOLS
- 1 peeler
- 1 apple’s cutter
- 1 knife
- 2 bowls
- 1 oven
- 1 square pan
- 1 hand mixer
- 1 spoon
STEPS
Peel apples with a peeler.
Core the apples with an apple’s cutter.
Slice the apples.
Combine butter and granulated sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer. Crack 1 egg in the bowl and mix again, then crack the other egg. Mix again, then add self-rising flour and continue mixing to get a cake batter.
Combine cinnamon and granulated sugar in a bowl with a spoon.
Preheat the oven to 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
Spray a square pan with cooking spray. Transfer cake batter to the pan, spread sliced apples to the top and sprinkle with the cinnamon mixture. Put the pan in the oven and bake for 60 minutes, then take it out of the oven to get an apple cake.
