INGREDIENTS
- half cup butter
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups whole milk
- 6 ounce parmesan cheese
- an eighth tsp black pepper

- 1 saucepan
- 1 whisk
STEPS
Shred the parmesan cheese using a grater.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and cream cheese together. Add garlic powder and half of the whole milk to the saucepan. Whisk until smooth, then add the remaining whole milk and whisk for another 2 minutes. Sprinkle with black pepper and grated parmesan cheese. Then remove from the heat.
