INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 orange
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 3 cups cabbage
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 half green bell pepper
- 2 tbsp raisins

STEPS
Squeeze the orange using a squeezer to get orange juice.
Shred cabbage and carrots using a grater.
Cut green bell peppers into thin slices with a knife.
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of orange juice. Mix in the granulated sugar, salt, and black pepper for 2 minutes with a spoon. For 4 minutes, combine grated cabbage, grated carrots, sliced green bell peppers, and raisins with a spoon. Refrigerate the bowl for 60 minutes, covered with cling film.
