- ¾ cup olive oil
- 1 half lemon
TOOLS
- 1 knife
- 1 peeler
- 1 baking sheet
- 1 bowl
- 1 oven
- 1 plate

STEPS
Peel the russet potatoes using a peeler.
Cut the peeled russet potatoes into 0.5-inch sticks. Cut the lemon into wedges.
Drizzle a quarter cup of olive oil over a baking sheet.
Put the russet potato sticks in a bowl. Then drizzle half a cup of olive oil over them and mix with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes.
