INGREDIENTS
- 3 onions
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt

- 1 bowl

- 1 skillet
- 1 skimmer
- 1 paper towel
- 1 container
- 1 container lid
STEPS
Peel the onions, then slice them into thin rings.
Pour the whole milk into a bowl and soak the onion rings in it for 5 minutes to get soaked onions.
Put all purpose flour on a plate and roll the soaked onions in it to get floured onions.
Put vegetable oil in a skillet and turn on the heat. Fry the floured onions for 3 minutes to get semi-fried onions.
Flip the semi-fried onions with a skimmer.
Fry the semi-fried onions for 2 minutes to get fried onions. Then turn off the heat.
Remove the fried onions from the skillet with a skimmer and place them on a paper towel. Then sprinkle with salt to get salted onions.
Put the salted onions in a container and cover with a lid.
