INGREDIENTS
- 15 oz chickpeas
- 4 tbsp lemons
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup tahini
- 1¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tomato
- 1 piece parsley
- ½ tsp paprika

- 1 knife
- 1 squeezer
- 1 colander
- 1 blender
- 1 bowl
STEPS
Slice the tomato.
Squeeze the lemons using a squeezer to get lemon juice.
Drain the chickpeas in a colander.
Put the drained chickpeas in a blender and add lemon juice, salt, tahini, half a cup of water, onion powder, garlic granules, ground cumin, coriander, and paprika. Blend for 6 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and garnish with tomato slices and parsley.
