INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp corn oil
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 pinch granulated sugar
- 20 radishes
TOOLS
- 1 knife
- 1 mortar
- 2 bowls
- 1 spoon
STEPS
Chop oregano and peel garlic clove.
Crush peeled garlic using a mortar.
Trim the radishes and slice them thinly.
Put white vinegar, corn oil, caraway seeds, granulated sugar, chopped oregano and crushed garlic in a bowl. Add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of black pepper to the mixture. Mix everything together using a spoon for 2 minutes to get vinegar-oil dressing.
Put sliced radishes in a bowl. Add vinegar-oil dressing to the bowl. Mix the contents of the bowl using a spoon for 2 minutes.
