INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 cucumbers
- 4 tomatoes
- ½ cup parsley
- 1 onion
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil

STEPS
Finely chop the parsley with a knife. Peel and finely dice the onion.
Squeeze the lemon using a squeezer to get lemon juice.
