INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp corn oil
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 cups snow peas
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1 skillet pan
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 peeler
- 1 platter
STEPS
Peel the ginger using a peeler.
Chop the ginger finely.
Heat a skillet pan over high heat and drizzle with corn oil. Warm the corn oil in the skillet pan. Add chopped ginger and snow peas. Stir with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and drizzle sesame oil over a skillet pan. Cook over low heat for 30 seconds and sprinkle with a quarter tsp of salt and black pepper. Stir with a wooden spoon for 4 minutes, then remove from heat and transfer to a platter.
