INGREDIENTS
- 2 summer squash
- 2 zucchini
- 1 clove of garlic
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 half lemon
TOOLS
- 1 knife
- 1 plate
- 1 griddle pan
- 1 tongs
- 1 whisk
- 1 bowl
- 1 squeezer
STEPS
Peel and mince the garlic. Cut zucchini and summer squash in half lengthwise.
Squeeze lemons using a squeezer to get lemon juice.
Put the minced garlic in a bowl and add ground cumin, paprika, olive oil and lemon juice. Whisk the mixture to get a sauce. Dip zucchini halves and summer squash halves into the mixture.
Put a griddle pan on the stove and heat.
Transfer the marinated zucchini and summer squash to the griddle pan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Flip the zucchini and summer squash using tongs and drizzle the sauce over it.
Cook for 5 minutes and then turn off the heat.
To serve, transfer the grilled zucchini and summer squash to a plate..
