INGREDIENTS
- ¾ tsp black pepper
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 20 bulb garlic
- 1 lb white pearl onion
- 2 sprig rosemary
- 4 sprig thyme leaves

- 1 ovenproof pan
- 1 oven
- 1 bowl
STEPS
Trim the garlic and white pearl onions (tail-end). Then chop the rosemary and thyme leaves.
Put the trimmed garlic and white pearl onions in an ovenproof pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Mix with your hand, then sprinkle with chopped thyme leaves and chopped rosemary.
Preheat the oven to 375°F for 16 minutes.
Place the ovenproof pan in a hot oven and bake for 60 minutes. Then turn off the heat and remove from the oven to get baked garlic and pearl onions.
Peel the baked garlic and pearl onions.
Transfer to a bowl.
