INGREDIENTS
- 4 turnips
- 2 carrots
- 2 parsnips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp salt
- ¾ tsp black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic

STEPS
Peel turnips with a peeler.
Cut the turnips into cubes.
Peel carrots with a peeler.
Slice the carrots lengthwise.
Peel parsnips with a peeler.
Slice the parsnips. Then, peel and crush garlic.
Preheat the oven to 425°F for 12-15 minutes.
Combine carrots, parsnips, turnips, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl with a spoon to get coated veggies.
Transfer coated veggies to a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 30 minutes.
Turn off the heat, then take the baking sheet out of the oven to get caramelized carrots and parsnips.
Transfer caramelized carrots and parsnips to a serving plate.
