INGREDIENTS
- 3 onions
- ⅓ cup honey
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp coriander
- ½ tsp salt
- An eighth tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 sprig parsley

STEPS
Peel onions and cut them in half.
Heat butter in a saucepan on low temperature for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat to get melted butter.
Preheat the oven to 660°F for 12-15 minutes.
Put halved onions in a baking dish cut side down, sprinkle with a quarter cup of water and cover with aluminum foil. Then, put it in the oven for 30 minutes to get cooked onions.
Combine honey, paprika, coriander, salt, cayenne pepper, and melted butter in a bowl with a spoon to get a butter glaze.
Take the baking dish out of the oven and remove the aluminum foil.
Turn the cooked onion halves cut sides up with a spoon.
Drizzle 0.6 cup of butter glaze in the baking dish and put it in the oven for 15 minutes, then take it out. Next, put 0.4 cup of butter glaze in the baking dish and put it back in the oven for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat to get honey baked red onions.
