INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups strawberries
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2½ tbsp corn flour

TOOLS

  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 serving bowl
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 1 knife

STEPS

Hull the strawberries, then slice them.


Put sliced strawberries in a saucepan, add granulated sugar, 2 cups of water, and corn flour. Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes and let it simmer for 8 minutes to get strawberry compote.


Turn off the heat and serve the strawberry compote in a serving bowl.
