INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cabbage
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 potatoes
- 1 onion
- ¾ tsp cumin seeds
- ¾ tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp coriander

STEPS
Peel and chop an onion.
Peel and chop potatoes.
Cut the cabbage in half, then shred it.
Heat vegetable oil in a soup pot. Stir in cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and onions with a wooden spoon. Cook for 6 minutes, add cabbage, a quarter tsp of salt, a quarter tsp of black pepper, ground turmeric, and coriander. Cover the pot with a lid and cook on low heat for 5 minutes, then take off the lid. Add potatoes and stir again. Cook for 25 minutes and turn off the heat. Serve cabbage and potato fry to bowls.
