INGREDIENTS
- ¼ oz cooking spray
- ½ cup oatmeal
- ½ cup cheese curds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 eggs

- 1 blender
- 1 plate
- 1 skillet pan
- 1 fish slice
- 1 slotted spoon
STEPS
Crack eggs in a slotted spoon.
Transfer egg whites to a blender. Add oatmeal, cheese curds, and vanilla extract. Blitz the mixture to get a batter.
Heat a skillet pan and spray it with cooking spray. Add 1 tbsp of the batter and cook for 2 minutes.
Flip semi-cooked pancakes with a fish slice.
Cook for 2 more minutes to get a pancake.
Transfer the pancake to a plate and drizzle maple syrup over it.
