INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 28 oz tomato purée
- 28 oz can of tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 6 cloves
- 6 basil
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese

STEPS
Peel onion and garlic, them chop them. Next, chop basil leaves.
Grate cheddar cheese with a grater.
Heat olive oil in a skillet pan. Stir in onion and garlic with a wooden spoon. Cook for 4 minutes, then add a can of tomatoes, tomato puree, granulated sugar, salt, black pepper, and cloves. Give it a stir and let it simmer on low heat for 3 hours. Turn off the heat, then scatter chopped basil and cheddar cheese.
