INGREDIENTS
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 lb asparagus
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 lemon
- 1¾ tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove of garlic

- 1 griddle pan
- 1 bowl
- 1 tongs
- 1 cling film
- 1 platter
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 colander
STEPS
Peel and mince garlic, then cut lemon in half.
Squeeze lemon halves with a squeezer.
Trim asparagus ends.
Rinse and drain asparagus in a colander.
Combine balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl with a spoon. Season with half a tsp of salt and black pepper. Add asparagus and mix everything together. After the asparagus has been marinated, cover the bowl with cling film and set it aside for 30 minutes.
Heat ¾ tbsp olive oil in a griddle pan. Add the marinated asparagus and cook for 5 minutes.
Turn the asparagus over with tongs.
Cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Transfer grilled asparagus to a platter and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
It’s ready to be served !
