INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp skim milk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 bananas
TOOLS

- 2 bowls
- 12 muffin cups
- 1 muffin tin
- 1 oven
- 1 spoon
- 1 whisk
STEPS
Put muffin cups into a muffin tin.
Peel bananas.
Chop peeled bananas.
Combine granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and ground cinnamon in a bowl with a spoon to get a dry mixture.
Put non-fat vanilla yogurt in a bowl. Crack an egg into the bowl and whisk. Add in skim milk and vegetable oil, then whisk once more to get a wet mixture.
Transfer the wet mixture to the dry mixture and whisk. Add chopped bananas and whisk once more to get a batter.
Put the batter in the muffin tin 2/3 full.
Preheat the oven to 400°F for 12-15 minutes.
Put the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
