INGREDIENTS
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 5 oz butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 lemons
TOOLS
- 1 zester
- 1 squeezer
- 1 food processor
- 1 oven
- 1 baking sheet
- 1 baking paper
STEPS
Zest lemons with a zester.
Cut zested lemons in half and squeeze them with a squeezer.
Combine 2 cups all-purpose flour, ½ cup powdered sugar, and butter in a food processor. Blitz for 2 minutes to get a flour mixture.
Preheat the oven to 320°F for 12-15 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Put the flour mixture in the baking sheet and press it flat.
Crack eggs in a food processor. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, 1½ cups powdered sugar, and a quarter cup all-purpose flour to the food processor. Blitz the contents together to get a lemon mixture.
Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Then, take it out of the oven and pour the lemon mixture to it. Put the baking sheet back in the oven and bake for 20 more minutes. Finally, take it out and cut it into equal squares.
It’s ready to be served !
