INGREDIENTS
- 1¾ cup buttermilk biscuit mix
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¾ cup powdered sugar

STEPS
Chop walnuts roughly.
Combine 1.5 cups buttermilk biscuit mix, granulated sugar, whole milk, and 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a bowl with a whisk. Crack an egg in the bowl and whisk again to get a batter.
Grease a baking dish with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and transfer the batter to it.
Put 1/4 cup of buttermilk biscuit mix, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix the ingredients with a spoon to get a crumbly mixture.
Scatter the crumbly mixture and chopped walnuts over the baking dish. Put the dish in the microwave on high heat for 6 minutes to get a coffee cake.
Combine 1 tbsp of whole milk and powdered sugar in a bowl with a spoon to get a frosting. Drizzle it over the top of the coffee cake.
It’s ready to be served !
