INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1½ cups tomatoes
- 1 cup green bell pepper
- 1 cup cucumbers
- ½ cup parsley
- ⅓ cup green onions
- 2 lemons
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 spoon
- 1 squeezer
- 1 bowl
STEPS
Dice tomatoes. Cut and deseed green bell peppers then dice them. Finally, peel and dice cucumbers then chop parsley.
Cut lemons in half and squeeze them using a squeezer.
Chop green onions.
Put green onions, olive oil, tomatoes, green bell peppers, cucumbers, parsley, lemon juice, salt and black pepper in a bowl. Mix the contents of the bowl together with a spoon.
