INGREDIENTS
- 3 russet potatoes
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- ½ cup butter
- ½ oz cooking spray

STEPS
Cut the russet potatoes into 1/4-inch thin slices.
Shred the parmesan cheese with a grater.
Place the butter in a bowl and microwave on low for 1 minute to melt the butter.
Preheat the oven to 375°F for 16 minutes.
Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Arrange the russet potato slices in a single layer and drizzle with the melted butter. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Then scatter the shredded parmesan cheese on top. Place in a hot oven and bake for 30 minutes. Then turn off the heat and remove the cookie sheet from the oven.
