INGREDIENTS
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cauliflower
- ½ cup olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 oz parsley
- ½ cup pine nuts

STEPS
Trim cauliflower and cut it into florets, then peel garlic.
Crush peeled garlic with a crusher.
Chop parsley.
Heat a skillet pan, add pine nuts and stir with a wooden spoon for 3 minutes to get toasted pine nuts.
Place the cauliflower in a baking dish.
Combine olive oil and garlic in a bowl with a spoon to get a garlic-olive oil.
Drizzle the cauliflower with garlic-olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Preheat the oven to 340°F for 12-15 minutes.
Put the baking dish in the oven and bake for 40 minutes to get baked cauliflower.
Take the baking dish out of the oven and turn off the heat.
Transfer the baked cauliflower to a plate and scatter with toasted pine nuts and parsley.
