INGREDIENTS
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp rosemary
- 1 half onion

- 1 whisk
- 2 skillet pan
- 1 cling film
- 1 plate
STEPS
Peel and slice an onion, then chop rosemary.
Boil a cup of water in a kettle. Then, set it aside for 2-3 minutes to get warm water.
Combine chickpea flour, rosemary, salt, black pepper, 2 tbsp of olive oil, and warm water in a bowl with a whisk. Cover the bowl with cling film, and set it aside for 30 minutes. Remove cling film, add onion slices, and whisk to get a batter.
Preheat the oven to 450°F for 12-15 minutes.
Heat a skillet pan in the oven for 15 minutes, take it out and drizzle with 2 tbsp of olive oil. Transfer the batter to the pan and put it back in the oven for 15 minutes to get a farinata.
Cut the farinata into slices.
Transfer the farinata to a plate.
It’s ready to be served !
