INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb carrots
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp chives

- 1 wooden spoon

- 1 colander
STEPS
Peel carrots and cut them into sticks. Peel onion and garlic, then chop them. Next, dice chives finely.
Heat 6 cups of water in a saucepan for 2 minutes. Add carrots, then cover it with a lid and cook for 3 minutes. Remove the lid and drain the carrots in a colander. Return drained carrots to the saucepan. Stir in butter, onions, garlic, and salt with a wooden spoon. Cover the mixture with a lid and cook for 10 more minutes, then remove the lid. Next, drizzle balsamic vinegar over the cooked carrots.
Transfer cooked carrots to a serving dish and sprinkle with chives.
