INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz parsley
- 2 oz basil
- 2 oz cilantro
TOOLS
- 1 knife
- 1 ice cubes tray
- 1 freezer
- 1 plastic bag
- 1 kettle
STEPS
Chop parsley, basil, and cilantro.
Heat 4 cups of water in a kettle for 2 minutes to get hot water.
Transfer parsley, basil, and cilantro to an ice cubes tray. Add hot water in the tray and put it in the freezer.
Wait for 120 minutes.
Take out the ice cubes tray from the freezer.
Transfer the herbs ice cubes to a plastic bag.
