INGREDIENTS
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 6 tsp baking powder
- 3 oz butter
- 1½ cups whole milk

STEPS
Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and a quarter tsp of salt in a bowl with a spoon. Add butter to the bowl and mix. Stir in 1 cup of whole milk to form a dough. Knead the dough for 2 minutes.
Cut the dough into 12 equal sized balls, then spread it out on an oven tray.
Brush the dough balls with half a cup of milk.
Preheat the oven to 390°F for 12-15 minutes.
Put oven tray in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove oven tray from the oven to get cream scones.
